The Litigation Associate Attorney will handle civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, providing legal counsel on covenant enforcement, contract, title disputes, insurance defense, and other community association-related litigation. The candidate will manage court and client deadlines, build strong client relationships, network with industry professionals, and collaborate with an experienced support team.

Job Details:

• Handle civil litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on covenant enforcement, contract, title disputes, insurance defense, and other community association-related litigation.
• Manage court and client deadlines efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and build strong client relationships.
• Network with clients and other industry professionals.
• Work collaboratively with an experienced support team.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Preferred experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Courtroom experience is a must.
• Admission to practice law in Georgia.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
