Position Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a Tax Transformation Senior Manager to join their Tax Transformation Office, which is responsible for transforming client service delivery in terms of people, process, and technology. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within Deloitte Tax, delivering high-value services aligned with the Deloitte brand.

Responsibilities:

- Understand Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations
- Establish strong business relationships to drive delivery of business outcomes
- Coach and develop Tax Transformation team to enhance delivery capabilities
- Manage multiple projects across various Tax market offerings and business threads
- Define and manage workplans, resource estimates, and budget for projects
- Identify and deliver key results with clear status tracking
- Identify and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
- Engage with Tax professionals to assess client service delivery pain points and improve processes
- Utilize agile and design thinking techniques for business process analysis
- Collaborate with technology teams throughout development lifecycle
- Oversee user testing and contribute to learning strategy and materials
- Analyze user feedback and develop action plans
- Lead deployment and decommissioning of legacy systems
- Provide executive reporting and integrate program and project resources

The team:

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects, with a focus on process design and deployment, stakeholder analysis, communications, learning, and change management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Active accreditation in one of the following, or willingness to obtain: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications
- Ability to perform job responsibilities in a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days in person per week
- Ability to travel up to 25%, based on project work
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of data analysis, management, and metrics
- Experience in professional services environment preferred

Compensation:

The wage range for this role is $125,510 - $285,749 per year, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and certifications. This estimate does not include any applicable geographic differentials. Deloitte typically does not hire individuals near the top of the range, and compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances.

Recruiting for this position will end on 6/1/2024.
