A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Private Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of general litigation experience and/or labor and employment experience. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including class actions, single plaintiff cases, and providing general employment advice and counsel.

Duties:

• Handle class action and representative actions, as well as single plaintiff cases, in labor and employment law.
• Provide general employment advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery processes and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in evidentiary hearings, status conferences, and trial proceedings.
• Argue dispositive motions in court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the State of California.
• 3-5 years of general litigation experience and/or labor and employment experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to effectively manage caseloads and deadlines.

Education:

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in the State of California.

Skills:
