Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on local and international tax matters related to their business
- Act as a strategic consultant for business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing for partners
- Assist organizations in understanding pricing implications for goods and services between related parties
- Provide guidance on tax implications for deals and investments
- Help clients with tax structuring and navigate the complexities of the changing tax world

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA or Member of the Bar certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds
- Comprehensive knowledge of partnership tax forms and alternative investment strategies and vehicles
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and build trust
- Experience in business development and selling new services
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
