The Bankruptcy / Insolvency Partner will play a pivotal role in this reputable law firm, taking on a range of responsibilities that include leading and managing a dedicated team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, with a focus on handling complex bankruptcy cases. The partner will be expected to provide strategic legal counsel and representation in various bankruptcy proceedings and insolvency matters. Additionally, innovative business development strategies will be crucial for expanding the firm's footprint within the bankruptcy practice area, coupled with an unwavering commitment to ensuring compliance with evolving bankruptcy laws and regulations. Candidates for this role must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and maintain an active membership in the California State Bar in good standing. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law, along with demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in legal research tools and software, are essential qualifications.
