The role requires strong communication skills across various channels, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to use video platforms like Zoom. A sales background or education is a plus, and fluency in Spanish is mandatory. The successful candidate must possess a license to practice law in California.

Duties:

• Present clear information and options to potential clients, aiming for their retention or successful referral to national partners.
• Engage in effective communication via phone, text, chat, and e-mail to facilitate potential case intake.
• Perform data entry and other tasks related to potential client interactions.
• Utilize strong people skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Conduct communication and presentations using Zoom and other video platforms.

Requirements:

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
