Group14 is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Counsel to join our legal team and support the company's legal operations. As the largest commercial manufacturer and supplier of advanced silicon battery technology, we are dedicated to enabling the electrification of everything and creating a more sustainable future. Backed by notable investors and customers, we recently raised a Series C round and secured a grant from the . Department of Energy to scale our technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a wide variety of contracts, serving as the in-house resource for corporate transactions, supporting corporate governance, and providing legal and business advice to cross-functional partners. We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of legal experience, with a strong background in commercial transactions, preferably in the automotive industry or adjacent. A Juris Doctorate and at least one state bar are required.
