The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience and will be responsible for a range of duties related to real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. Handle various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. Experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a significant plus. Duties:

  • Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence and research on real estate matters.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and execute real estate strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the United States.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the United States.

 

Skills:
