Duties:

• Handle complex litigation/arbitration cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Manage client communication and case strategy.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• 5 years of quality experience in California state and federal court litigation/arbitration matters.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to assume primary responsibility for all aspects of a case.
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
