Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 4-7 years of experience practicing law with a focus on land use and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience specifically within the wine industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong academic credentials with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
