Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Employment Law experience
  • Experience in Employment Litigation
  • Trial and Arbitration experience

  • General knowledge of California Civil Procedure
  • Experience drafting and responding to discovery
  • Proficiency in legal writing
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to commute daily to Downtown Los Angeles

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California Bar Association

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
