Job Overview:

The Mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney will be a key contributor to the firm's legal team, handling pre-merger notifications and participating in civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation cases. Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research on antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Prepare pre-merger notifications and assist in related filings.
  • Provide legal guidance and support in civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to strategize and represent clients effectively.
  • Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pre-merger notification and civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation.
  • Exceptional academic and professional credentials.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • California Bar admission.

Skills:
