A law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney for their Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of civil defense litigation experience and be a licensed attorney in good standing in Colorado.

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of legal issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings

Requirements:

• Must be licensed attorneys in good standing in the State of Colorado
• Civil litigation experience is mandatory
• Strong academic credentials
• Trial experience is preferred
• Exceptional writing skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
