Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a law firm environment, specializing in tax law.
  • Proficiency in tax credit transactions, transfers, and equity financings.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy tax incentives and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Preferred Education and Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in North Carolina or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
