Job Description

Duties:

• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Draft and negotiate agreements for blockchain technology companies and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Conduct due diligence for private offerings and venture capital transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies for blockchain and crypto-related projects.
• Provide legal guidance on general corporate transactions for tech companies.
• Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations affecting blockchain and cryptocurrency.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Membership to the State Bar of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
