Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trial attorney with 7+ years of litigation or regulatory experience. The candidate will regularly represent a party in a trial and argue the client?s case for them. Will examine all the necessary evidence, research laws, and study judicial decisions that are relevant to the case at hand. Regularly meet with their clients to discuss their options and the strategy that is going to be taken once at the trial. Must independently comply with all administrative billing requirements and consistently meet minimum annual hours obligation; and Must be working towards mastery in their field of expertise in the firm, ex. Litigation, compliance, etc. Must adhere to firm policies and procedures, ensure accountability with those systems, and take initiative in developing and implementing new systems and procedures for daily management. Must have admittance to the Bar and be in good standing in all jurisdictions. Must have experience in all stages of litigation, including trial preparation and trial and appeals. Should have mastery of the civil rules in the jurisdictions in which one practices and an expert understanding of all principles of law routinely relied upon in the firm?s primary practice areas.
