About the team:
- The Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs team handles legal privacy and regulatory matters for TikTok's global operations.
- Cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
- Tackling complex, interesting, and cutting edge privacy and security issues.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update global privacy policies, processes, standards, and guidelines.
- Conduct training on privacy policies and provide guidance on implementation and controls development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders on privacy compliance and communications.
- Handle privacy incidents, inquiries, and escalations.

- 5+ years of privacy experience.
- Strong writing skills.

Salary Information:
- Base salary range for this position in San Jose: $240000 - $376200 annually.
- Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
- Eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
