Admission to practice in Maine, strong legal and academic credentials, and superior writing skills are required. The Corporate Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in handling various corporate matters, including drafting governance documents, providing compliance counseling, and overseeing transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and a preference for a background or interest in representing healthcare providers and entities.

Duties:

• Draft governance documents for entities.
• Counsel clients on compliance issues.
• Oversee transactions, including acquisitions and commercial leases.
• Prepare and advise on employment and other entity agreements.
• Represent physicians and healthcare providers.
• Provide legal advice on a variety of corporate matters.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice in Maine.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree.
