A law firm in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a skilled Litigation Family Law Attorney to proactively manage family law cases, provide exceptional client service, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, 3-5 years of litigation experience, and be licensed to practice law in Virginia.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring thorough representation of clients' interests.
• Deliver superior customer service by providing regular updates to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Identify opportunities for practice improvement and make recommendations to practice managers.
• Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and measure client satisfaction.
• Act as 1st chair in family law cases, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably focusing on family law.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Admission to the Virginia Bar.
