Experience Information:

Responsibilities:

- Provide counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and government investigations
- Represent KPMG in civil litigation and regulatory proceedings
- Develop and implement strategies to defend against litigation and regulatory investigations
- Supervise and collaborate with outside counsel and other members of OGC
- Report to and consult with Vice Chair for Legal, Regulatory & Compliance/General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel for Litigation
