In this role, the attorney will be responsible for representing clients in various real estate litigation matters, including property ownership disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, zoning issues, and contract disagreements. Duties encompass conducting meticulous legal research, crafting legal documents, and providing adept legal counsel to clients. The attorney will also be tasked with preparing and presenting cases in court involving negotiations, trials, and appeals, while actively collaborating with colleagues and clients to formulate effective case strategies for optimal outcomes.
