Duties:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests in workers' compensation cases.
• Prepare initial claim pleadings and respond to the same.
• Draft and argue motions related to workers' compensation matters.
• Take and defend depositions in connection with workers' compensation claims.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the practice of law.
• Significant experience in Georgia workers' compensation law is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, demonstrating a strong legal foundation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active admission to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
