Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations. - Represent KPMG and its professionals in civil litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations. - Develop and implement strategies to successfully defend litigation claims and regulatory investigations. - Collaborate with outside counsel and other members of the Office of General Counsel (OGC). - Report to and consult with senior leadership on legal issues. - Assist in financial projections for supervised matters.
