- We are currently seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our Litigation group, specifically on the Practice Protection Team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations.
- Represent KPMG and its professionals in civil litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations.
- Develop and implement strategies to successfully defend litigation claims and regulatory investigations.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and other members of the Office of General Counsel (OGC).
- Report to and consult with senior leadership on legal issues.
- Assist in financial projections for supervised matters.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department.
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the .
- Experience with SEC or PCAOB investigations a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
