As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision for a diverse client base. We specialize in serving pass-through and C-corporation entities in various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services, technology, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision for pass-through and C-corporation entities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent FORVIS in the professional and business community
- Participate in the proposal process for potential clients
- Contribute to FORVIS-sponsored technical guidance for both internal and external publication and internal learning and development
- Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting tax, including technical tax consulting and research
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA license

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree
