BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Legal Placement Associate to assist our team with various recruiting-related tasks. The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with the clients in two capacities: 1) Candidate Facing: conducting phone interviews with attorney candidates, providing clear notes on intake, researching job openings for them, using the CRM to match candidates to existing positions, reviewing attorney resumes, assisting throughout the recruiting process, and keeping all information updated in the database. Should be outgoing and have an understanding of legal practice areas, terminology, law firm structures, and law schools. 2) Law Firm Facing: interfacing with law firms, point of contact for any inquiries, scheduling interviews for the attorney candidates, following up with firms and candidates post-interview, facilitating conversation between candidates and law firms, and forming strong relationships with law firms. Business development experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, enjoy talking to people on the phone, have the ability to multi-task while handling a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent efficiency and work ethic. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, hardworking, and committed to a role in the attorney legal placement industry with the intent to have a long-term career with us. Please detail your experience in the Legal Field. A JD or LLM is highly preferred but not required.
