Job Overview: A law firm specializing in intellectual property law seeks a Patent Agent with a background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Duties:

  • Conduct patent prosecution activities, including drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, and communicating with clients.

  • Assist in intellectual property litigation matters as needed.

  • Experience in patent prosecution within 5G, Wi-Fi, other wireless technologies, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front end.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office ("USPTO") or qualification to register for the USPTO.
