The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in family law, particularly in handling divorce cases. Duties:

• Represent clients in divorce proceedings from initial consultation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on divorce-related matters such as asset division, child custody, and spousal support.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 1-6 years of experience practicing family law, focusing on divorce cases.
• Strong knowledge of divorce laws, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
