A law firm in Boise, ID is seeking a Bankruptcy And Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of top-tier law firm experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Commercial finance and commercial law experience are preferred. They should be team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

Duties:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies.
• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on bankruptcy and commercial law issues.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Idaho or eligible for admission via reciprocity.
• 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law and commercial litigation at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy and commercial law principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Idaho State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
