Duties:

  • Attend mediations.
  • Argue law and motion.
  • Serve as first or second chair in arbitrations and/or jury trials.

Requirements:

  • Member of the California Bar.
  • Superior drafting, writing, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate on behalf of clients effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
