A law firm in Savannah, GA, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to handle construction defect litigation and insurance coverage issues. Ideal candidates will have a background in civil litigation, and Bar admission is preferred.

Duties:

• Handle construction defect litigation cases.
• Manage insurance coverage issues related to construction disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Assist with case strategy development and implementation.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of legal experience.
• Background in civil litigation preferred.
• Bar admission preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education/Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
