The candidate will work closely with partners and associates in the firm's busy litigation practice and will have significant responsibility for developing and implementing strategy in complex cases, as well as assuming an independent caseload. Will represent the firm and its clients effectively in hearings, depositions, and other adversarial and non-adversarial contexts. Should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills. Must have oral advocacy and client relations skills.
