Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements related to the company's go-to-market activities
- Build standardized agreements for all parts of the commercial business
- Provide support for sales proposals and RFPs
- Train stakeholders on deal process and contract management
- Understand product, data security, and privacy issues for negotiations
- Manage litigation matters
- Partner with outside legal counsel
- Stay updated on new laws and regulations
- Provide general legal support

Job Requirements:
- Based in the Bay Area or Austin
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience
- In-house legal experience in the tech sector
- Experience negotiating with customers, vendors, and partners
- Understanding of cloud services, technology, and professional services contracts
- Strong legal documentation and drafting skills
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
- Knowledge of business processes related to commercial, contract, intellectual property, and data privacy law
- Ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment
- Fluency in translating legal advice into practical, business-oriented advice
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
