Typical Day as Real Estate Tax Manager/Senior Manager:

- Provide tax advisory services for clients in real estate industry
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients on all phases of tax engagements
- Monitor and analyze new real estate tax developments
- Manage and deliver client projects, including review, analysis, and preparation of required documents and filings
- Contribute to thought leadership, technical training, and webinars
- Develop business by expanding existing relationships and participating in business and professional organizations
- Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required; Master's in Tax or . with . preferred
- Valid CPA, EA, or . license
- 7+ years of tax experience with emphasis in real estate industry
- Extensive experience with real estate transactions and complex tax issues
- Excellent communication, public speaking, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
