  • Conduct legal research and analysis about aviation finance laws and regulations.
  • Assist clients in structuring and executing complex aviation finance transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in aviation finance law.
  • Strong understanding of aviation finance transactions and related legal principles.
  • Excellent academic performance in law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for admission via reciprocity.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting legal research and analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
