Job Title: Litigation and Trial Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking a motivated Litigation and Trial Associate Attorney to participate in all phases of civil litigation, from pleading to trial, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professional integrity. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of litigation experience, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Participate in all phases of civil litigation, from the pleading stage through trial
  • Engage in discovery, including drafting written discovery, reviewing documents, and preparing for and defending/taking depositions
  • Conduct factual and legal research
  • Practice written and oral motions
  • Handle pretrial and trial practice
  • Engage in appellate practice

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • . degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted to the WSBA or eligible for reciprocity
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Education & Certifications:

  • . degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted to the WSBA or eligible for reciprocity
