  • Collaborate with the team to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements

  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication
  • Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary
  • Manage all aspects of Personal Injury cases
  • Handle a large caseload effectively
  • Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to build and manage a legal team
  • Interact with clients during their time of need
  • Demonstrate determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases

 

Requirements:

2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar Association (active and in good standing)

 

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law
  • Ability to handle a large caseload
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Trial experience is a plus
