H2: Develop Industry Leading Safety Solutions for Employees and Service Providers

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel the Operations business on health and safety regulatory compliance matters
- Develop compliance policies and procedures
- Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to health and safety, operations, and security teams
- Resolve issues that arise during regulatory and law enforcement interactions
- Some domestic travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

- . and membership in at least one state bar
- 5+ years of legal experience in regulatory compliance matters or complex litigation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or transportation health & safety compliance and crisis management
- Experience in occupational medicine
- A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Salary Information:

- Base pay ranges from $123,100/year in our lowest geographic market to $229,000/year in our highest geographic market
- Pay based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
- Total compensation company with equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits
