Job Title: Tax Manager - National Federal Tax Services - Partnership Solutions Group (PSG) Experience: 5+ years of experience in federal partnership tax Location: 59 locations nationwide Position Summary: - Seeking an experienced tax specialist with a passion for cutting-edge tax technology and improving computational software applications and proprietary solutions. - Opportunity to work with large-scaled operating partnership tax clients across various industries. - Responsible for delivering value to clients experiencing a public offering and working with external counsel, underwriters, and client executives. - Develop an understanding of public monetization transactions and create technology focused on . federal income tax principles. - Lead engagement teams, mentor and develop staff, and implement strategic tax structures and processes. - Participate in marketplace activities, recruiting, and process and technology innovation. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in federal partnership tax. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-related field. - Proven leadership skills and management experience. - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. - Demonstrated effective communication skills. - Ability to travel up to 25%. - Licensed CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or certified financial advisor/planner preferred. - Advanced degree and previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience preferred. - Aptitude in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio preferred. - Transaction and M&A experience preferred. - Alteryx experience preferred. Salary Information: - The wage range for this role is $103,320 to $235,170, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training. - The disclosed range estimate does not include geographic differentials. - Compensation decisions are dependent on individual circumstances and not typically at the top of the range for the role.
