A law firm is seeking an Attorney specializing in Family Law and Divorce Law to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Job Overview: The Attorney will provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to Family Law and Divorce Law. They will handle various cases, from consultation to litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding Family Law and Divorce Law matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm on complex cases
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to Family Law and Divorce Law

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
• Experience practicing law, with a focus on Family Law and Divorce Law
• Proven track record of successful client representation in court
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Certifications:

• State Bar admission in Arizona or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
