A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a Partner-level Attorney with a portable book of business and 6+ years of top-tier law firm experience in areas such as Tax, Finance, Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate (Transactional/Litigation), Water Rights, or Land Use. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

Duties:

• Bring a portable book of business (any size)
• Collaborate effectively with other team members
• Provide high-level legal expertise and counsel
• Oversee and manage client relationships
• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff as needed

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Member of the Colorado Bar
• 6+ years of top-tier law firm experience
