Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (T-14 and/or near top of class).
  • Admitted to the Bar in California.
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in complex litigation, preferably with a focus on construction-related disputes.
  • Demonstrated interest in construction law and disputes.
