The ideal candidate will have a federal clerkship background, distinguished academic credentials, superior writing and analytical capabilities, and experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing. The successful candidate will have meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.

Duties:

  • Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Participate in all aspects of discovery, including Electronic Discovery processes.
  • Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and clients to develop case strategies and objectives.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Assist with case management and trial preparation.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends relevant to litigation practice.

Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Federal clerkship background preferred.
  • Distinguished academic credentials.
  • Superior writing and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing highly desirable.
  • Valid law license in good standing.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Valid law license in good standing.
