The role requires proficiency in litigation, family law and the ability to lead a team. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable using technology to reach clients and communicate with the team. A strong work ethic, coupled with the desire to coach, mentor, and advocate for clients, is essential for success in this position.

Duties:

• Represent clients in all family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and adoption.
• Conduct legal research and prepare documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations under family law.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and develop case plans.
• Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Engage in client development and networking activities to grow the firm's family law practice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar and good standing with no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing family law, strongly emphasizing litigation.
• Familiarity with Colorado family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology for legal research, document drafting, and client communication.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients.

Education:
