• Exhibit strong research and writing skills.
• Maintain familiarity with California employment law.
• Utilize experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Adhere to carrier billing and reporting guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of relevant experience in litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Proficient in deposition taking, defending, discovery answering, and motion writing.
• Familiarity with California employment law is advantageous.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
