The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and collaborating with colleagues on complex cases. Duties:

• Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Write legal documents, including briefs, motions, discovery, and memos.
• Research and analyze legal issues to provide advice and recommendations.
• Represent clients in court and litigate cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on complex cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
