The candidate will proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution, provide superior customer service to clients, make improvement recommendations to practice managers, and track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.

 

Duties:

  • Manage family law cases from beginning to end, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including regular status reports and case reviews.
  • Offer improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize practice quality software to track case progress and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct 1st chair representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and visitation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cases are progressing efficiently and effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, with significant experience in family law.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of NH.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited university.
  • Admission to the Bar in the state of NH.

 

Skills:

  • Strong litigation skills, particularly in family law matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
