A law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Attorney with a focus on family law. The candidate will be responsible for representing clients in trials, attending mediation, drafting pleadings, and arguing motions. Duties:

• Represent clients in court, attending trials, mediations, and arguing motions.
• Work closely with clients, providing legal counsel and maintaining effective communication.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and other necessary paperwork for cases.

Requirements:

• Licensed in North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic record.
• Mock trial and/or in-courtroom experience.
• Interest in family law.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

State Bar license in North Carolina.

Skills:

• Strong oral advocacy skills for effective representation in court.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting pleadings and legal documents.
• Ability to work closely with clients and provide empathetic legal counsel.
• Interest and experience in family law matters.
