Job Overview: The law firm seeks a skilled Estate Planning, Probate, and Taxation Attorney licensed in Washington State. The successful candidate will counsel clients on estate planning, probate, and taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties:

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Assist clients in navigating the probate process, including estate administration, asset distribution, and resolving disputes.
• Guide on tax implications related to estate planning and probate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and tax forms.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlements related to estate and tax matters.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, estate planning regulations, and probate procedures.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Proven experience practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
