The ideal candidate should have experience commensurate with time in practice, preferably with general property and/or mineral title experience in the energy sector. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent academic record, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title and division order practice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including title opinions, leases, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in the energy sector.
• Interact with clients and legal teams to address their needs and concerns.
• Assist in negotiations and settlements.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-5 years of experience in energy mineral title and division order practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and legal teams.
• Excellent academic record.
• Outstanding writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
