Responsibilities:
- Advise multinational enterprises on business decisions, tax planning, and income tax treaty planning
- Collaborate with colleagues in Mergers & Acquisition Tax to structure tax aspects of private equity and strategic mergers, acquisitions, and more
- Assist with tax provision for financial statements and compliance work
- Provide tax services to alternative investment companies at all stages of the investment life cycle

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Masters in Taxation, JD, or LLM (with a concentration in tax)
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work well in a team
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships

Salary Information:
- KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
- Salary ranges for this role in California are $72500 - $135000.
- Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as skills, job responsibilities, experience, and market considerations.
